Customer Liaison Officer (Customer Service/Admin Traineeship)
Location: CCR WACOL
Salary: TBA

CCR is an expanding smash repairer with outlets currently in Wacol and Bundamba. A Customer Service/Admin Traineeship has now become available at our busy and professionally operated workshop at Wacol.
In this interesting and varied role you will be responsible for:
1. Working at the switchboard, answering customer calls and relaying messages,
2. Monitoring vehicle repair progress,
3. Liaising with production staff,
4. Providing customer service to potential and existing clients,
5. Data entry and
6. General office duties.
To be successful in this role you must be a team player with good customer service. A professional attitude, pleasant phone manner and computer literacy are also highly advantageous. In addition, you must be able to multi-task and work under pressure.
As a member of the CCR team you will enjoy a positive, friendly work environment and opportunities for professional development, including the opportunity to complete a Certificate III Business Administration. If you are looking to kick start your career in administration this is the position for you!
