We have developed this list of most commonly asked questions by listening to our clients. At CCR, we believe that by providing you with this information that you will be more informed and most likely answer any questions that you may have forgotten to ask us whilst getting a quote.






1. How long will it take to repair my vehicle?

Once a Vehicle Repair Consultant completes a quote on your vehicle they will be able to give you an estimation of how long it will take to repair your vehicle. Please note, that CCR has a minimum book-in of three days, however if we can return your vehicle to you sooner, we will. Also on occasion, we may need your vehicle for longer than initially anticipated if we discover additional damage once the vehicle is disassembled or there are difficulties obtaining parts for your vehicle.

 
2. How much will it cost to repair my vehicle?

In order to be able to tell you how much the repairs to your vehicle will cost, you will either need to visit one of our three convenient outlets or complete the online quote form.

 
3. Do I need to get several quotes?

CCR is a recommended repairer for most insurance companies. As a recommended repairer you will only need quote in most instances - saving you time and effort.

 
4. Will my vehicle ever be the same again?

Yes. CCR uses best practice methods, the latest technology and invests heavily in training its staff to ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition. In addition CCR implements a range of quality control checks throughout the repair process to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.

5. How do I pay for the repairs?

A down payment may be required for private work, if this is the case you will be advised when booking your vehicle in for repairs. CCR accepts all eftpos and credit cards except American Express and Diners Club and we do not accept personal cheques. Full payment is to be made prior to the vehicle being released.

 
6. Who do I pay my excess to?

Your excess will need to be paid to CCR when you collect the vehicle. A vehicle can not be released until this money has been paid. CCR accepts all eftpos and credit cards except American Express and Diners Club and we do not accept personal cheques.
